Closed 6-step Seed Production Model & Process
To ensure each seed leaving the factory meets pure F1 quality, DVN applies a modern closed production model: Seedling → Planting → Hybridization → Fruit Cultivation → Harvest → Processing & Packaging.
DVN's standard 6-step process:
Step 1 - Order & Plan Reception: Sign contract (price, quantity, standards, delivery time); receive original seeds from customers and make detailed production plans.
Step 2 - Processing & Seedling: Original seeds are treated with warm water and specialized chemicals; germinated in a controlled temperature/humidity environment, then planted in sterilized trays.
Step 3 - Net House Preparation: Clean and sterilize the entire net house system, treat substrate, automatic irrigation system, and proactively prevent diseases and insects.
Step 4 - Planting & Care: Provide scientific nutrition and watering; closely monitor pests and diseases; thoroughly remove non-standard plants and keep full production records.
Step 5 - Hybridization (Manual Pollination): Select flowers meeting standards, perform precise manual pollination to ensure F1 purity and absolutely avoid crossbreeding.
Step 6 - Fruit Cultivation & Harvest: Supplement micronutrients (Potassium, Calcium...) to help optimal fruit development; monitor ripening and harvest at the right time; separate seeds, process, and package according to standards.
